All custom tutus or other made-to-order products require payment in full upon order. Because TutuPosh Boutique craft these items to your specifications, TutuPosh Boutique cannot accept returns or cancellations on these products and all sales will be final but we will take exchanges for your order within 30 days of the purchase.
