My current turnaround time is 7 business days to complete your order. All of Tutu Posh Boutique Tutu's are handcrafted as ordered. How much does shipping cost? TOP
The shipping price is a flat rate of $4.00. This is what I am charged, so I am not making any money off shipping. I use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days depending on your area. I find this is the safest and cheapest way to ship. Please allow 2-3 Business Days, excluding holidays, to receive your order after it has shipped. If you need your order sooner, please contact me before you place your order.
Is your Tulle quality tulle? TOP
Yes! Tutu Posh Boutique use only the finest Highest Quality tulle on the market. Our tutu tulle is lead free nylon apparel tulle (not craft tulle found in craft stores) and is manufactured in the USA, which is VERY IMPORTANT.
My tulle is soft and non-itchy. Your childs legs will not be getting scratched up from my tulle.
Don't be fooled by companies selling less expensive tutus. They use imported, cheap tulle that is highly flammable.
All of Tutu Posh tulle is CPSIA compliant.
Do you offer custom orders? TOP
Yes, I do custom Tutu orders. I love them! If you have a special occasion as a wedding, birthday or pageant, I can customize colors and style for you. Please

What is your return policy? TOP
All of my tutus, tutu dresses, pettiskirts, personalized items and hairbows are custom handcrafted as ordered, we do not accept returns nor give refunds. All other fairy princess accessories if received damaged in the mail (all my orders are carefully packaged) I will gladly accept the return and send you a replacement.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Tutu Posh Boutique accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover. I also accept check and money orders. If you pay buy check or money order, your order will not be mailed until payment is recieved.
Do you ship Internationally? TOP
Yes, I will ship Internationally. I charge a fee of $15.00. If you place a large order, I will have to charge more to cover the cost of shipping. Please contact me before buying. I will need to send you an invoice directly through PayPal with the adjusted shipping cost. All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Internation Mail, with a tracking number available up until Customs. Please keep in mind that First-Class International Mail can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS Express or Priority, please contact me.
How do I care for and clean my tutu? TOP
I recommenend spot cleaning as necessary. If your tutu gets wrinkeld. Spray with warm water. Steam or iron using a cool LOW setting to avoid melting your tulle. If you are uncomfortable doing that then you can simply shake it and poof it out and hang it in the bathroom with the steam from the shower for a few minutes and all the wrinkles will come out and you will have your beautiful and poofy posh tutu.
